Review your medical history
Our dentists will assess of your medical and lifestyle risk from your completed new patient registration and history. The form takes a few minutes to finish. The dentist has an obligation to obtain these records.
Perform a dental examination
Our dentists will perform a thorough dental/oral examination with possibly X-rays of your teeth to check for cavities and general dental health.
